Why#

Customers buy solutions, not switches. The map arranges the existing features into products with names of their own.

How it works#

  1. 1On the website all thirteen products are listed under /plattform/suite; “Enquire” opens the enquiry route with the chosen product — the price is on request.
  2. 2In the administration under “Modules & prices” (address /admin/module) the operator chooses the product's package for the customer; its modules are then booked and their features switched on immediately.
  3. 3Every product has an entry of its own with the modules in the package, the inventory available today and the dependencies.

Settings and switches#

No switch of its own in the feature catalogue — the feature belongs to its surroundings.

Products, modules, switches#

The platform sells modules (see “Modules & prices”), and every module sets switches of the feature catalogue. A product of the suite is a named selection of modules — a package like the industry packages. The modules are billed; the product is the name of the selection. No list price is given: price on request.
