Why#

How it works#

  1. 1In the community open “Student representation — elections & candidacy”.
  2. 2In an open election “+ Stand as a candidate” with a short statement — or “Cast vote” for a candidate (Fig. 1).

  3. 3After voting it says “voted ✓”; the result appears as soon as the election is closed.
  4. 4The operator opens and closes the election (“New election” with title and description, “Close election”).

Settings and switches#

The rules of the election#

  • One vote per election.
  • Secret: who voted for whom is not visible.
  • Results only appear once the election is closed.
  • Every student can stand as a candidate themselves, with a short statement.
  • Only the operator can open, close and reopen.

Tips#

  • The administration sees the committees in the campus under “Quality & governance” → “Committees”.
