The institution's forum: raise concerns and vote, find mentoring, announce alumni events.
Why#
Participation needs a place. Concerns become visible, and the community decides what is important.
How it works#

- 4Under “Alumni events” create an event (title, description, start, location, places) or register.
- 5At the top routes lead to “Student representation” (elections), “Alumni” and “Peer mentoring”.

The areas of the community#
- Concerns & voting — participation: raise concerns, vote.
- Peer mentoring & alumni — offer or look for a mentor; route to the detailed mentoring page.
- Alumni events — create, register, keep an eye on places.
- Student representation — elections and candidacy.
Tips#
- An event with all places taken is shown as “fully booked”; your own events are marked “by you”.

- MentoringExperienced students and alumni accompany newcomers — become a mentor, find and request a mentor, accept and end mentorships.
- Student electionsElections of the student representation: stand as a candidate, vote secretly — one vote per election, results only after closing.
- AlumniThe alumni network: whoever searches the directory is listed in it themselves — and decides themselves who sees them.
- Notice boardNotices of your own institution: announcements with category and run time, polls with one vote per person and a personal watch list; the administration creates, extends and withdraws them.
