Workshop credits
liveForOperator
A credit account per organisation for the workshop: balance, available models, price table per model and operation, latest bookings.
Why#
AI usage costs money. The credit makes visible what the workshop has used and what is still left.
How it works#
Click pathAdministrationWorkshop credits
- 1Open “Workshop credits” in the administration's bar.
- 2At the top the balance with “Total credited” and “Total used”; the top-up button is still locked (Fig. 1).

Who may do what#
The page requires the operator role; it shows the account of the organisation to which the signed-in account belongs.
Tips#
- The account is kept per organisation. An account without an organisation generates via the basic licence and does not charge any credit — the page says so.
- Premium models and images cost more credits than the cheapest model (the fair-use tariff).
Under review#
The account is real; topping up by invoice or payment is not yet connected.

- Learning workshopGenerate study material from a course or your own material: study guide, flashcards, quiz, mind map, infographic, podcast, study plan and more.
- Text models of the workshopWhich language model writes the slide texts can be enabled per tenant — three models from different providers, one of them processed in the EU (Paris); models that cannot be chosen are greyed out with a reason.
