Employer matching
liveForAdministration
For each advertised position: who has expressed interest and which visible talent profiles fit.
Why#
Career services bring supply and demand together instead of comparing lists.
How it works#
Click pathAdministrationMatching
- 1Open “Matching”.
- 2“Create job posting”: title, company, location, type, description and optionally a link.
- 3For each posting view two columns: the interested people with their message and the matching talent profiles (Fig. 1).

Settings and switches#

What is shown per posting#
- The posting itself — title, company, type.
- Interested people — students who have “expressed interest”, with their message and status.
- Matching profiles — visible external profiles whose search fits the type, with headline and skills.
Without a posting the page stays empty; the first one is created via the button at the top.
Tips#
- A profile counts as matching if its “I am looking for” fits the type of the position — and if it is visible to companies at all.
