The entrance for companies: create a profile, prepare offers — publishing and seeing talent only after review by the university.

Why#

In the external profile students reveal something about themselves. That is why only a verified company sees anything — and a waiting company sees what it is waiting for.

How it works#

  1. 1Companies: in the dashboard open the card “Company access” and register the company (name, domain, location, website, contact address, short description).
  2. 2During the review: maintain “Your presence” and prepare internships, working student and permanent positions, theses and research projects under “Offers”.
  3. 3The university reviews under “Companies”: “Approve”, “Revoke approval”, “Block”, “Unblock”.
  4. 4After approval: offers become visible; under “Students and graduates” search by focus, goal or keyword and follow people.

Three states of a company#

  • awaiting review — creating and preparing is possible, nothing becomes visible;
  • verified — offers are visible, talent can be found;
  • blocked — the access no longer works; students it followed see “a company whose access the university has withdrawn”.

Tips#

  • The talent search deliberately finds few: only those who have explicitly opened up to companies.
  • Below every offer is the company's presence — an offer without a traceable sender would be an anonymous advertisement.
