What is Universe Memory?
Universe Memory is software by Universe Ultimate Solutions that captures a company's experience in conversation, has a second person review it and makes it findable for authorised people. Explanations become processes; reviewed knowledge becomes situation reports and drafts.
How does Universe Memory differ from Universe Learning?
Universe Learning is the learning platform for courses, exams and certificates. Universe Memory secures the knowledge in employees' heads and makes it usable within the company. Both products belong to Universe Ultimate Solutions.
Who sees which knowledge?
Only authorized persons. Every entry carries a release scope – department, company or specially protected – and search, answers and reports follow the same permissions.
Is the microphone always on?
No. The microphone starts only when a person explicitly switches it on, and an indicator is visible for as long as it is running.
Does Universe Memory make decisions itself?
No. Universe Memory suggests connections and hypotheses and places counter-hypotheses alongside them. Decisions and approvals are always made by people.
Where is the data processed?
The data is stored in Frankfurt am Main. Speech recognition and the first language model work in the EU; company knowledge reaches the language model only as evidence, never as an instruction.
