Enquiries from the website
liveForOperator
What comes in via the website's contact form — universities, academies, companies — in one place, with contact, interest and message.
Why#
An enquiry that is stored but not displayed anywhere is lost — only more slowly than one that was never stored.
How it works#
Click pathAdministrationEnquiries
- 1Open “Enquiries”. At the top: total number and how many are open.
- 2Per enquiry: organisation, type (university, academy, company, other, try it yourself, callback), status (“open”, “answered” or “discarded”), name, email (clickable; for a callback only the number), phone, “interest” in modules, message and time.
- 3Answer by email from within the enquiry.
- 4Afterwards “Mark as answered” or “Discard”; the “open” count at the top drops immediately. “Reopen” resets an enquiry.
Settings and switches#
No switch of its own in the feature catalogue — the feature belongs to its surroundings.
Who may do what#
Only the operator. The page is a surface of the provider across all customers.
Tips#
- The form is publicly available under /plattform/kontakt.
- Module requests from existing customers do not arrive here but in module management under “Customer requests”.
Related features#
- SupportReport questions and problems, answers in your own history; for the team a queue of all requests — and for the provider only the cases a customer explicitly releases.
- Modules & pricesPer customer a package of bookable modules with prices — booking sets the switches of the feature catalogue, dependencies are booked along, every change is in the history.
